Adult | No deadline |
Academic year students | 4:30 p.m. on the last Wednesday in June |
Summer students | 4:30 p.m. on the last Wednesday in March Note: We are no longer accepting applications for the 2020 summer session. |
Co-op students | Please follow the co-op student application process |
Application process
You must submit all parts of the application package (application, resume and two references).
If you are applying with a hard copies, please fax or mail your package.
If you submitting electronic copies, please email with all the documents as attachments.
Application package
This will include three parts:
1. Volunteer application
Option 1: print and complete the full PDF version application.
Option 2: complete this fillable version and save it to your computer.
2. References (please submit two reference forms)
For your convenience, your reference may also complete the form using a fillable reference form. When your reference has completed the form, they can email it to you and you can attach it to your application.
3. Resume
If you do not have a current resume, you can use this résumé template and save it to your computer
All applications are reviewed, but due to the volume of applications we receive, not all applicants will be interviewed. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with St. Michael's Hospital.
