Getting a midwife
Women with low-risk pregnancies may choose to seek midwifery care. Midwifery care includes prenatal care, support for delivery either at home or in the hospital, and care for the mother and newborn for the first six weeks after birth. If you deliver your baby at St. Michael’s, your midwife will be part of the obstetrical team.
