Lab: Instructions: Ensure sample containers is affixed with the corrosive and poison stickers before issuring to patients. Collection instructions which can be obtained from paradigm, must be handed to patients with the specimen container. State 24 hours volume and collection date and time in comments. Stability: stable for 1 month refrigerated at 2-8°C and frozen for 90 days. Transportation: Send sample to SMH core lab as soon as possible. Sample Rejection Criteria: Leaking or unlabeled specimen.
