Collection Instructions: Avoid gel-separator tubes. Collect trough specimen prior to next dose after steady state (2 days or more after commencement of therapy).. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label or requisition.

Special Instructions: Separate serum within 2 hours of collection.

Rejection Criteria: Plasma, grossly, hemolysed, lipemic specimens Unlabeled or Not Sufficient Quantity Samples will be rejected.

Stability: 7 days 2-8°C; >7 days, freeze at or below -20 °C.

Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible
