Specimen HandlingCollection Instructions: Collect sample in gold top (SST) tube. Panel includes: Scleroderma/Systemic Sclerosis Profile. Panel includes antibodies against SS-A, SS-B, Ro-52. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label. Special Instructions: Specimen must be labelled properly. Sperate as soon as possible and send refrigrated Rejection Criteria: Grossly hemolyzed, lipemic, unlabeled or samples of non Sufficient quantity. Avoid repeat freeze/Thaw cycles. Stability: Stable refrigerated for 14 days 2-8°C and frozen at or below -20 °C for more than 30 days. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible. |
