Collection Instructions: Collect sample in red top tube without gel separator. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label.

Laboratory Staff Instructions Separate from cells within 2 hours of collection. Avoid gel-separator tubes. Submit two 1 mL aliquots. Store and send frozen

Rejection Criteria: Plasma, gel-separator, Gross hemolysis, Unlabeled or Not Sufficient Quantity Samples will be rejected.

Stability: Stable refrigerated for 1 month and for 3 months. Thaw samples only once.

Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible.
