Collection Instructions: Body fluid collected in red top vacutainer or sterile urine container. Indicate source of fluid

Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label.

Stability: Stable at room temperature for 1 week, refrigerated for 1 week and frozen -15 to -20°C for 2 months

Transportation: Transport at room temperature ASAP. Spin if sample time of collection to time sample get to lab exceeds 2hrs

Laboratory Staff Instructions: Centrifuge to remove cellular material.

Sample Rejection Criteria: Unlabeled, leaking and/or non sufficient quantity (Not Sufficient Quantity) will be rejected
