Specimen HandlingCollection Instructions: Collect sample in red top tube without gel separator. Submit trough specimen.Collected within 1 hour prior to next dose or at least 12 hours after last dose. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label. Laboratory Staff Instructions: Separate from cells within as soon as possible. Avoid gel-separator tubes. Submit two 1 mL aliquots. Store and send frozen Rejection Criteria: Plasma, gel-separator, Gross hemolysis, Unlabeled or Not Sufficient Quantity Samples will be rejected. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible. |
