Provide collection date and time. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label. Laboratory Staff Instructions: Send specimen in a screw-capped plastic container. Specimen can now be accepted daily. Store and send frozen. Rejection Criteria: Unlabeled or samples of non sufficient quantity. Stability: Stable for 5 days Refrigerated and 1 month frozen. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible.
