Laboratory Staff Instructions: Separate platelet-poor plasma immediately. Freeze as soon as possible. Store and send frozen. Rejection Criteria: Serum, gel-separator, unlabeled or samples of non sufficient quantity. Stability: If the specimen thaws, it is unsuitable for analysis. This assay is very sensitive to sample handling and storage conditions. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible. |
