Laboratory Staff Instructions: For laboratory staff Only. All β-2-Transferrin samples are treated as STAT. Complete the requisition attached here and fax it together with this ICL cover letter to ICL and the SGH cover letter to Scarborough Gen Hospital lab for advance notification. Send frozen sample directly to Scarborough General Hospital via taxi.

Rejection Criteria: Unlabeled or not sufficient quantity

Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible.
