Specimen HandlingCollection Instructions: Collect sample in gold top (SST) tube. Panel includes: EJ, Jo1, Ku, MDA5, Mi2a, Mi2b, NXP2, OJ, PL7, PL12, PM/Scl75, PM/Scl100, Ro52, SRP, TIF1g). Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label. Special Instructions: Specimen must be labelled properly. Sperate as soon as possible and send refrigrated Rejection Criteria: Grossly hemolyzed, lipemic, Unlabeled or Not Sufficient Quantity samples will be rejected. Avoid repeat freeze/Thaw cycles. Stability: Stable refrigerated for 14 days 2-8°C and frozen at or below -20 °C for more than 30 days. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible. |
