Specimen Handling Collection Instructions: Collect sample in gold top (SST) tube. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label. Special Instructions: Specimen must be labelled properly. Seperate as soon as possible and send refrigrated Rejection Criteria: Grossly hemolyzed, lipemic, unlabelled or Not Sufficient Quantity samples will be rejected. Avoid repeat freeze/Thaw cycles. Stability: Stable refrigerated at 2-8°C for 14 days and frozen at or below -20°C for one year. Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible.
