Interested in quitting smoking? We are here to help!

Our Smoking Cessation Clinic provides smoking cessation therapy and support to help you “butt out”!

What services are provided in the Smoking Cessation Clinic?

Individual counselling

You will be seen by either a doctor, nurse or pharmacist on a regular basis every two to four weeks until you meet your desired goal.

Group therapy sessions

We offer a series of four group therapy sessions run by a social worker on a variety of topics to help you with your quit process and to remain smoke free.

Clinic information

Health Centre at 80 Bond
Individual session - Upper level, Friday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Group therapy sessions - Lower level, Friday 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

How do I make an appointment?

  • For individual counseling, referrals can be made through your primary health care provider
  • For group therapy sessions, no appointment is required. Just drop in 10 minutes before the session starts to check in with reception.
