Please call your clinic number to be connected with our weekend and after hours urgent care.

Call ahead to book an appointment

We are here for you during these challenging times if you need medical care during regular business hours, on the weekend, or after-hours you can call your clinic to speak with a member of our team.

If you are calling after 5 p.m., and have an urgent medical issue that is not a medical emergency, you can contact the St. Michael’s locating department and ask to speak with the family medicine resident doctor on call. You can reach locating by calling your clinic, and pressing “1” to be connected.

If you are asked by one of our team members to come to a clinic, you will be given directions, an appointment time and will be screened at the door before entering the clinic.

If you must come to 80 Bond St. or Sumac Creek without phoning first, you will be screened at the front door and will be asked about your health issues. Instead of being seen in the clinic, an appointment may instead be booked for a telephone visit at a later date.

Thank you

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 is rapidly changing, we will make every effort to keep you updated with any changes to our clinic operations. We are committed to continuing to provide our community with high quality and compassionate care and hope to resume our regular practices as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
