Critical Care at St. Michael's

Patient relations

We’re here to support you and your family with your experience at St. Michael’s Hospital. Having a loved one with a critical illness can be overwhelming. Our team is here to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We encourage you to speak with all members of you or your loved ones the health-care team, such as:

  • your nurse
  • your social worker
  • your physician
  • your unit clinical leader/manager (their contact information is found under each ICU page)

If you require more assistance in addressing a concern, our Patient Relations specialists are available for assistance.
