Big White Wall and BounceBack: Free psychotherapy services for adults and youth with mild to moderate depression and anxiety

We’re excited to offer you a new series of accredited webinars on BounceBack and Big White Wall. Funded by the Government of Ontario, and managed by the Ontario Telemedicine Network and Canadian Mental Health Association Ontario, these two free mental health services are available for adults and youth with depression and anxiety, and accessible from home:

  • Big White Wall, an online peer support and self-management tool
  • BounceBack, a skill-building program grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy

Learning objectives:

  • Learn more about how these two evidence-based services can benefit your clients to help reduce mild to moderate depression and anxiety and improve overall well-being
  • Learn how to easily integrate these services into your daily practice
  • Learn how to access professional and client-friendly resources

This live webinar has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 1 Mainpro+ credits.
